Trekking in Tanzania

As a couple, with your family or in small groups, we will always be able to propose you a trek adapted to your requirements, as we have a wide variety of walks, hikes, from very easy to more intense, from several hours to several days.

In the West Kilimanjaro area, from our Camp in Masai Land, you will go and explore by foot the landscape around and meet your neighbours, the Masai people.

Also, as a preparation for the Kilimanjaro Ascent, we can offer treks in the Masai Land with a duration between 2 to 6 days.

This is an excellent acclimatisation for the Kili and mixes superb landscapes, wildlife and close encounters with the Masai shepherds who will be our guides. The steps are about 6 hours each, but can be adapted to any fitness level. Our guides are equipped with VHF radios, allowing them to contact at any time the vehicle carrying luggage and camping equipment. The camp site is installed in advance by our team and has even in the simplest camping option a shower and a toilet.

We also have many other trekking options. We can take you to discover the Eyasi Lake and the Hadza hunters from the Ngorongoro Crater. There is also the Lengai volcano from the Empakai crater all the way to the Natron Lake.

Treks are also available in the Gols Mountains (on the edge of the Ngorongoro Conservation Area, where one of our special migration camps is located) allowing us to get to the Natron Lake by foot.

All these treks can be combined with Game Drives and regular Safaris, so as to combine walks and discoveries by car.
