The word safari is a swahili word (official language of Tanzania), which means a long journey. The Swahili is also spoken in Kenya, Uganda and some regions of the Congo. Other famous words commonly associated to Africa also originate from the Swahili, such as Simba, the Lion or Hakuna Matata, No Worries!
